Craig Jepson is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on patent litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, and client counseling. He has enforced patents covering telecommunications networks and devices, exercise equipment, protective eyewear, and recombinant DNA, among other technologies, in federal courts including, the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, the Northern and Central Districts of California, the District of Delaware, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Craig has also defended intellectual property rights in the International Trade Commission, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and Texas and California state courts. Additionally, he has successfully drafted or prosecuted over 50 applications for patents. From 2000 to 2005, Craig taught Patent Law, Patent Prosecution, and Intellectual Property Law at the University of New Hampshire Law School (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center) as a tenured professor. He has been a Barrister in the Honorable Lee Yeakel Austin IP Inn of Court since 2011.
