Jason Moore is a registered patent attorney who has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in the computer hardware and software, mechanical, aerospace, medical, and optical fields. Mr. Moore has advised clients regarding patent matters through interaction with U.S. and foreign patent offices and regarding Reissue applications and administrative matters before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) including Patent Appeal and Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings.

Mr. Moore worked as an engineer for Motorola for seven years in connection with its semiconductor business. He also worked as a consultant for supply chain management and software projects. Mr. Moore worked in the U.S. Air Force and maintained and repaired F-16 flight control systems and dispatched F-16 ground crew. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Mr. Moore has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering Management, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin. He was a Staff Editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal.
