Mark Tison is a registered patent attorney who primarily focuses his practice on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution. Mr. Tison’s patent practice encompasses a wide range of technology in the electrical arts, including electrical power equipment and metering systems, electrical circuits, semiconductor devices, and data communications and networks. Mr. Tison also has experience in patent infringement and validity analysis, intellectual property litigation, Patent Appeals, Inter Partes Review (IPR), Reissue proceedings, and trademark prosecution.
